Tomorrow, you’ll take the first step toward a fantastic academic year! We’re honored that you’ve chosen to take this life-changing journey with us at Gustavus. To aid you in the wonderful experience ahead, we encourage you to get a mindful kick-start. This year, the Wellbeing Center is promoting Mindful Mondays.

“Why?” you ask. So you can enjoy better grades, better friendships, and less stress, for starters.

Whether you take a mindful minute or a 20-minute meditation session, focusing on the present moment will help you experience greater focus, calm, and clarity in your life.
